Every piece of PacMate hardware is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If our hardware fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it — no receipts, no runaround.
What's covered
- — Defects in materials and workmanship
- — Hardware that cracks, deforms, or fails under rated load
- — Finish defects (peeling or flaking powder coating)
What's not covered
- — Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, and patina
- — Loss, theft, or damage from misuse or modification
- — Use beyond rated webbing widths or load limits
How to file a claim
